St. Louis PrideFest

St. Louis PrideFest is an annual parade conducted by Pride St. Louis, Inc. on the last Sunday in June in St. Louis, Missouri. It is the second largest parade in St. Louis. It represents the city's support to the LGBT community. [1]

The St. Louis LGBT committee was formed in 1979 and the first celebration took place in 1980. The first PrideFest was held in June 1981. [2]

The Parade

The parade starts from South Grand Blvd and Utah Street, goes through arsenal to Tower Grove Park. [1]

2011

The 2011 PrideFest was held on the 25th and 26th of June.
